TABLE OF ODDS
The following "Table of Odds for Bets" lists the
Bet, Casino Payoff, House Advantage, and for Proposition Bets, the True
Odds (For Hardways, the "true odds" are the odds of rolling
that combination prior to a 7 or the number comes up the easy way. For
One Roll Bets, the "true odds" are the odds that number will
be rolled for any one roll of the dice). The Casino Craps Java applet
allows 3X-4X-5X, Single, Double, Triple, Five-times or Ten-times Odds on
Line and Come bets, therefore under these types of bets, the payoff and
house advantage are listed.
For bets which pay other than even-money the Casino Payoff
is listed as "Amount paid to Amount Bet". For instance, a
Casino Payoff of 9-5 means the Casino will pay you 9 units for 5 units
bet.
After the Table of Odds for Bets, is a
Table of Dice Odds/Combinations
which shows the Number, Ways to Roll, Possible Combinations, and True
odds (The odds against rolling on any single roll).
